About us
ECERTS Products and Services Limited is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of E-Mice Group Holdings Limited that develops, adapts and/or distributes hardware products and offers software-based services that use authorized digital certificates to enable secure, authenticated and/or legally-binding communications or transactions over the Internet.
What is ECERTS Services?
ECERTS Services operates a secure web-portal that enables holders of valid Hongkong Post e-Cert (Personal) digital certificates meeting certain requirements (see below) to give secure and legally-binding electronic payment instructions. In this portal, every qualifying user can:
- view outstanding amounts due from time to time by him/her to those service providers or merchants participating in this service
- give secure and legally-binding electronic instructions to settle any one or more of such outstanding amounts
- review history of past electronic instructions.
Advantages of ECERTS Services:
- Convenient: “one stop shop” for (a) viewing all bills issued by participating service providers and merchants and (b) giving electronic and legally-binding payment instructions
- Green: replaces the use of paper bills and cheques
- Error-free: each qualifying user can only view and give electronic instructions to pay his/her own bills and no one else’s
- Secure: use of valid Hongkong Post e-Certs are required for accessing portal as well as giving electronic payment instructions
Requirements
A qualifying user must- have a valid Green Banking Account with Hang Seng Bank
- hold a valid Hongkong Post e-Cert (Personal)
- complete the first-time registration process at www.ecerts.hk

Successful applicants for Green Banking Accounts offered by Hang Seng Bank may be entitled to receive a complimentary 3-year subscription of a Hongkong Post e-Cert (Personal). Please refer to Hang Seng Bank for details about its Green Banking Account and complimentary e-Cert subscription promotion.
